An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established Scottish law firm seeking a Solicitor to join its Employment Law team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on a broad range of employment law matters, including workplace disputes, restructuring, redundancy, TUPE, and employment rights. The role involves drafting and reviewing employment documentation, representing clients in legal proceedings, and delivering training sessions on key employment topics. You will work closely with the team and partner in Edinburgh, managing client expectations and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of service.

The firm is looking for a confident and organised individual with at least two years of post-qualification experience in employment law. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage risk and financial targets are essential.
