Job Description

 

Salary:              £42,857 - £47,344 per annum (dependent upon experience)
                          Plus pension contribution and salary sacrifice schemes

What we offer:

Contract:        Permanent, 35 hours per week

About the role: 

Legal Services Agency (LSA) is seeking an experienced solicitor to lead our Housing and General Court Department. This is a significant leadership role within one of Scotland's leading law centres, combining departmental management, complex litigation and strategic organisational leadership.
 
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of solicitors and legal staff, maintain a complex caseload and contribute to organisational strategy as a member of LSA's Senior Management Team. The post combines housing law expertise with opportunities to contribute to strategic litigation, public legal education, partnership working and service development.
