Senior Solicitor, 4 Years + PQE, Employment, Glasgow.

Top tier firm with a network of office throughout the UK has an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor, with at least 4 years PQE, to join their team based in Glasgow office.

The employment law team work with both employers and employees to achieve practical commercial solutions to workplace issues. The Team focus on attaining trusted advisor status with their clients. The Solicitors within the team are all accomplished Tribunal advocates and skilled negotiators and advise on all areas of Employment Law and HR.

The team has an outstanding culture focused on client service; technical excellence; commitment to achieving deadlines; understanding and supporting our clients and making the team a great place to work.

This role will involve working with the other members of the team and the successful candidate will have immediate direct contact to clients.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent level of client service, show initiative and be able to work independently, have a positive attitude and be proactive. They should be able to build rapport and communicate positively and effectively with clients, other legal representatives and other involved parties. The successful candidate must be comfortable meeting new people, networking and supporting business development and be ambitious and willing to develop their career and practice.
