The Role:
A varied and dynamic mix of:
Employment litigation
HR advice and client support
Policy & procedure drafting
Non-contentious transactional work
Delivering client training
Business development with the wider Employment Law Team
Typical Responsibilities:
Drafting ET3 submissions
Taking & drafting witness statements
Analysing and evaluating evidence
Conducting pre-hearing reviews
Tribunal appearances
Day-to-day employment law advice (phone, email & face-to-face)
Reviewing contracts, policies & procedures
Transactional employment support
Advising on employee relations issues

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year PQE in Employment Law
Passion for this area of law
Commercial awareness
