Our client, a leading litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established Employment Law team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The role involves managing a varied caseload of predominantly contentious employment matters for both claimant and respondent clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ post-qualifying experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to provide an exceptional standard of client care while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of employment law claims
• Keep up to date with legal developments and firm-wide services
• Manage and support more junior members of the team

You will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, excellent time and document management abilities, and a high level of IT proficiency. You should also be self-motivated, capable of collaborating effectively within a team, and confident in building lasting client relationships.
