Job Description

The firm is looking to recruit either a Senior Solicitor or an Associate to join its busy Residential Property Team. The team has extensive experience across all areas of property law, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in the following:

Managing all aspects of a dynamic residential property caseload, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
Occasionally providing commercial legal services to property developers involved in acquiring land and buildings for development.
Coordinating with third parties, including other solicitors and banks.
Contributing to the firm’s growth by identifying opportunities in other service areas.

To be considered for this role, you will be an ambitious, experienced lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE and prior experience in residential property.
