Our client, an established UK law firm is looking for a driven and commercially minded real estate lawyer to join its market-leading team, with a focus on renewable energy projects.

Job Description

The role can be based in either its Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow office. The firm works with a wide range of UK and international clients and is involved in some of the most innovative and high-profile renewables developments across the country.

The successful candidate will work on large-scale transactions involving technologies such as onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydro, battery storage, and other renewables. The role includes handling acquisitions, leases, financing, and title due diligence, often in collaboration with leading London firms. The position offers the chance to contribute to projects shaping Scotland's renewable future, while also building close relationships with developers, investors, and funders.

Candidates should have at least two years' post-qualification experience in real estate law, ideally with exposure to renewables transactions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.

This is a standout opportunity for a property lawyer looking to deepen their experience in the renewables sector while contributing to impactful, future-facing projects.

The firm is committed to supporting career development, offers a flexible and inclusive working environment, and actively encourages involvement in business development initiatives.
