Senior Solicitor/Associate - Private Client

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with the Director and Head of Department while managing a caseload of private client matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of private client matters, such as executries and estate administration.
• Drafting and reviewing Wills, codicils, and estate planning documents.
• Advising clients on Powers of Attorney and incapacity planning.
• Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice.
• Assisting clients with succession and wealth preservation planning.

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE, with strong experience in private client.
