If that sounds familiar, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll work closely with a highly experienced and supportive Partner, gaining exposure to high-quality work while playing a key role in the wider team. This is a position where you’ll not only manage your own caseload but also help shape and support those around you—providing guidance on more complex matters, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to their development.
Your caseload will be varied, covering EL/PL, RTA, and some clinical negligence work. Importantly, this role offers a strong mix of both pre-litigation and litigated matters, ensuring you continue to develop and maintain your advocacy and technical skills.
Ideally, you’ll have around 4+ years’ experience and be confident managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement or proof. Experience appearing in local Sheriff Courts and the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court would be highly advantageous.
You’ll be commercially aware, target-driven, and motivated not only to achieve your own goals but to support others in reaching theirs.
In return, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
