Senior Solicitor/Associate – Employment Law 3+PQE – Edinburgh – Hybrid

c£65k - £75K – Neg  (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits Package

 

Top tier, Legal 500 firm with a network of office throughout the Central belt has an exciting career opportunity for an experience, confident Employment Lawyer 3+PQE based in their thriving Edinburgh practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing firm, where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated employment law team, working closely with our partner in Edinburgh and colleagues across the wider firm to deliver high-quality advice and support to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

·       Advising clients on employment rights and obligations

·       Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation

·       Supporting clients on a broad range of employment matters including workplace disputes, restructuring & redundancy, and TUPE

·       Representing clients in employment-related legal proceedings

·       Delivering training to clients on key employment law topics


We are seeking someone with strong employment law experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage client expectations, risk and financial targets. The role requires someone who can work proactively, and to tight deadlines while maintaining high professional standards.
