A leading Scottish law firm is recruiting a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join its established Casualty team in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with major insurer clients and corporates on a broad range of litigated personal injury matters, primarily employer and public liability claims.

You will manage your own caseload of post-litigation defender files, advise clients on liability and quantum, and appear in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court. The role also includes mentoring junior colleagues, supporting business development activities, and working closely with partners on complex matters.

The team is keen to hear from qualified solicitors with around 5 – 10 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in defender litigation and personal injury work, ideally including cases in the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court. Strong communication, drafting and case management skills are essential.

This is a full-time role based in Glasgow, with flexible hybrid working on offer. The firm also provides a competitive benefits package which includes private medical cover, income protection, enhanced annual leave, and a range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.

If this sounds of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 17615)
