Due to sustained growth and an expanding high-net-worth client portfolio, an opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their award-winning Property team.
 
The Role
As a Senior Solicitor, you will manage a high-quality, diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and playing a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the department.
 
Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex conveyancing transactions including high-value purchases, sales, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating missives, deeds, and complex legal titles.

Providing expert advice on Scottish property law, land registration, and LBTT requirements.

Mentoring, supervising, and developing junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.

Actively participating in business development initiatives to expand the firm's market presence.


We are looking for a driven, technically accomplished individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides themselves on delivering a flawless client experience.
 
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Law Society of Scotland.

A minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in Scottish residential conveyancing.

Proven track record of handling complex property transactions independently.

Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.

Exceptional communication skills and a commercial mindset.
