The role will involve managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
Property purchases and sales
Transfers of title
Re-mortgages
Client liaison and relationship management
Working closely with lenders, estate agents and other professional contacts
Supporting the continued growth and success of the Inverness office
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
