The team advises on major property development, regeneration, engineering, and energy-sector projects across the UK, working with developers, contractors, public bodies, funders, and consultants.
The role includes drafting and negotiating construction documents, providing clear legal advice, managing files efficiently, and supporting the delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will also contribute to business development, client relationship building, team collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the group.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, strong construction law experience, good professional judgment, ethical awareness, commitment to client care, and excellent time-management and organisational skills.
