Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in planning and/or infrastructure law. They will have demonstrable experience advising on nationally significant infrastructure projects and/or Development Consent Orders, alongside experience working with both public and private sector clients; prior exposure to local authority work would be advantageous. A strong commercial mindset is essential, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development activity. The role requires a confident and collaborative leader with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
This opportunity would suit a senior planning lawyer looking to play a visible role in a growing, collaborative national practice, with genuine flexibility and progression at a senior level. The role offers full flexibility, including part-time or full-time working arrangements.
