This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to help expand the firm’s Channel Islands practice, working on high-value, cross-border matters.
The successful candidate will advise on complex commercial, insolvency, trust and regulatory disputes, acting for a broad client base that includes financial institutions, corporates, trustees, and insolvency practitioners. With at least 7 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a top-tier firm, you will bring strong legal skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach. Offshore or Jersey experience is welcome but not essential.
