This opportunity is open to candidates at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level, ideally with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, particularly in international M&A and restructuring.
The role involves supporting a dynamic corporate team with a strong client base across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions. You will contribute to the development and management of legal knowhow, precedents, training materials, and client-facing insights. Collaboration is key, with opportunities to work closely with legal technologists, participate in cross-office initiatives, and support strategic projects across the firm’s global network.
Candidates should bring strong technical expertise, a passion for legal innovation, and a collaborative mindset. Prior PSL experience is welcome but not essential.
