Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join its busy Glasgow office.

Job Description

This opportunity offers a rewarding role within a team that delivers commercial legal advice across a diverse client base and industry sectors.

The successful candidate will manage a range of commercial property transactions and support wider business development efforts. They will also contribute to the ongoing growth of the department, including mentoring junior colleagues and actively engaging in team initiatives. The position promises a broad, hands-on workload, with the opportunity to work on high-quality matters and collaborate closely with clients.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE level and demonstrate strong technical capability in areas such as property finance, commercial developments, cross-border transactions, and related planning, environmental, or construction matters.

This is a full-time, permanent post suited to a commercially minded lawyer with a confident and pragmatic approach, and a focus on client service and relationship building.
