A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with at least seven years’ post-qualification experience to join its Land & Property team.

Job Description

The firm is known for delivering tailored legal and tax planning services to individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, charities, and trustees.

In this role, you will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development options, and planning agreements. Clients include businesses with diverse property interests such as retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver integrated advice, acting as a trusted adviser with discretion and empathy.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
