Senior Associate, Trust & Private Wealth – Jersey

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to advise professional trustees, executors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of complex trust, estate and wealth structuring matters within a highly regarded international practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on trusts, foundations, family office structures, estate planning and succession matters
• Assisting with contentious and non-contentious trust and estate issues, including inheritance and wealth preservation matters
• Providing advice on private trust company arrangements, pension and employee benefit structures, and related regulatory considerations
• Building strong client relationships while supporting the continued growth and development of the Private Wealth practice
• Applicants should be Commonwealth qualified lawyers with at least 5 years' PQE and experience in private client, trusts, estates, wealth structuring or related areas. Candidates should possess strong technical and drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused approach. Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, trustees or family offices would be advantageous.
