Highly regarded, established legal practice with a network of offices throughout Scotland, is actively seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team based within their West Lothian, Edinburgh and East Lothian offices.
Ideally, you will be 5+PQE with a background within Residential Conveyancing, coupled with depth of experience assisting clients with all aspects of purchase and sale transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.
The role will also involve concluding missives in relation to the sale of the client’s property and dealing with all areas of the conveyancing process involved.
Responsibilities;
Communicating with clients and taking their instructions
Providing legal advice to clients where appropriate
Liaising with third parties such as other solicitors and banks
Drafting legal documentation
Concluding missives for sale and purchase transactions
Undertaking the conveyancing for sale and purchase transactions
