We are pleased to be working with a successful and internationally recognised law firm that is recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The firm is known for its high-quality property work, diverse client base, and strong commitment to developing and progressing its people.

The role will involve working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial lettings and asset management
Development and regeneration projects
Real estate support for corporate and finance transactions
Client advisory work for institutional investors, developers, and major corporates

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years’ PQE and strong technical experience across commercial real estate. Candidates should have excellent drafting skills, the ability to supervise junior colleagues, and a proactive, commercially focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and highly regarded team that advises on some of Scotland’s most significant property transactions.
