A well-established UK law firm is looking for an experienced solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its Banking & Finance team, either in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

This permanent position is suited to a Senior Associate or Legal Director who is passionate about finance law and keen to work on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate funding.

The successful candidate will be part of a top-ranked team known for advising lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on complex and high-profile deals. You will collaborate with specialists across the firm, contributing to innovative financing solutions and playing a key role in client relationship development and business growth.
