Our client, an international Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Investment Funds & Corporate (IF&C) practice in Guernsey.

Job Description

The firm advises on multiple offshore jurisdictions and serves a global client base including corporations, financial institutions, and investment fund managers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the IF&C practice across the Channel Islands, working alongside experienced practitioners and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality legal advice, building strong client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to revenue growth and profitability. The role also involves following billing guidelines, managing costs, meeting utilisation targets, and sharing knowledge through training. A proactive approach to client service and a commitment to the firm’s values and ethics are essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in investment funds and/or corporate law. Experience in the Guernsey jurisdiction or offshore financial services is preferred but not required.
