This role offers a diverse workload across banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, investment funds, financial services, insurance, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also play a key role in implementing the team’s strategic growth initiatives alongside partners.
The Ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE with strong technical expertise in banking and finance, and a commercially focused, client-first approach. Experience in offshore jurisdictions is desirable but not essential. In addition to managing complex transactions, the successful candidate will take on a leadership role, supervising junior staff, contributing to business development, and ensuring a high standard of client service.
