The role involves providing high-quality service in sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, managing complex cases, and working with high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for meeting fee income targets, accurately recording time, and ensure prompt billing. Adherence to monthly fee earner certification, staying up to date on legal developments, and participating in departmental meetings are also required.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE, strong legal expertise, and extensive experience in the relevant area of law, with a high degree of technical competence while working mostly unsupervised. This is a client-facing role that may involve supervising other conveyancers, making it primarily office-based.
