With a strong presence in the financial services sector, the team regularly supports major institutions and innovative fintech players on regulatory and contractual matters.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of technology-related legal work, from drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to advising on regulatory implications of tech deployments. You will also contribute to corporate transactions and participate in business development initiatives, including client seminars and internal training.
Candidates should bring at least three years of post-qualification experience in technology and outsourcing contracts, with a solid understanding of commercial law and a keen interest in AI. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build client relationships are essential.
