This role provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of rural, agricultural, and land-based transactions, supporting clients on matters such as sales and purchases of estates, farms and forestry, natural capital projects, agricultural tenancies, succession planning, and renewable energy developments.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years’ PQE with solid property law experience, along with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to present legal information clearly, and confidence in managing their workload effectively. A proactive approach to teamwork, client care and personal development is essential, and while specific rural experience is an advantage, it is not required.
