This role will see you work closely with clients providing practical, effective legal advice on a variety of rural property matters. You’ll be involved in the sale and purchase of farms, estates, and forestry, support landlords and tenants with agricultural tenancies, and play a part in exciting renewable energy projects. There will also be opportunities to get involved in succession planning, providing guidance on partnerships as you help clients plan for the future.
You'll be someone who has strong, demonstrable technical skills, takes a pragmatic approach to your work, are budget and timeline orientated and possess exceptional client facing skills.
