Day-to-day, the work is varied and engaging. You’ll be advising on purchases and sales of estates, farms, forestry and rural land, guiding clients through residential and renewable development projects, and navigating challenging issues such as agricultural tenancies, title conditions, land reform and voluntary registration. You’ll support landowners and rural businesses on everything from boundary disputes to complex conveyancing, while also advising on sporting interests, leases, and contractual arrangements connected to land use and land ownership structures.
