We are looking to recruit a Trainee Solicitor in our busy and progressive Rural Land Department, to be based at our busy city centre office in Inverness to commence Summer 2027.
Working under the supervision of our Rural Land Director, the traineeship will have a focus on Rural Land and Crofting Law in particular as well as dealing with Scottish estates, large rural properties, renewables and will also include some residential conveyancing both with and without rural land elements. We also deal with a reasonable number of regulatory applications to the Crofting Commission and Scottish Land Court and the traineeship will involve assisting with these cases.
