Job Description

 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a strong regulatory background to play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic, regulatory, and operational obligations.

The role will involve working across a broad range of professional practice and compliance matters, including:

• Supporting the firm and its lawyers in meeting their professional and regulatory duties under LSS and SRA standards
• Translating regulatory requirements into practical, usable guidance, controls, and tools for day-to-day application
• Providing advice on conflicts, confidentiality, undertakings, supervision expectations, complaints, and professional conduct
• Contributing to the development of the firm’s commercial risk & compliance service as part of an integrated “all-risk” legal offering

The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience in regulatory compliance or professional practice within a law firm or regulated professional services environment. Candidates should have strong working knowledge of professional conduct rules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical solutions in a clear and accessible way. Experience working with operational teams such as Finance, HR, or Operations would be advantageous.
