Residential Property Solicitor

Job Description

Working as part of a well-established team, you will advise clients on a broad range of residential property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
• Handling purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new-build transactions.
• Advising clients throughout the property transaction process.
• Liaising with lenders, agents, developers and other parties.
• Building client relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities.
• Supporting team growth and contribute to business development activities.
