I am looking to speak with Residential property Solicitors who are enthusiastic and ambitious and who want to have exposure to a wide range of interesting work.
The role will see you handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including house sales and purchases, acting for a broad mix of clients such as individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers.
You’ll also work with housebuilders, advising on site acquisitions and assembly through to the plot sales of completed homes, giving you the chance to gain great exposure to developer-led work as well as traditional residential transactions.
This is a busy and varied role, offering plenty of client contact and the opportunity to build strong relationships while working as part of a supportive and fast-moving team.
