An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm.

Job Description

The firm’s Residential Property Team is growing, and it is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its busy practice in Dundee.

The dedicated Residential Property Team is highly experienced in all aspects of property law, and the successful candidate can expect to:

  • Handle all aspects of residential property cases (purchase, sale, new builds, re-mortgages, title transfers).
  • Occasionally provide commercial legal services to property developers.
  • Manage a full transaction portfolio independently.
  • Liaise with third parties such as solicitors and banks.
  • Developing strong client relationships and networking with business professionals.

The ideal candidate for this position will have upwards of 2+ years’ PQE with extensive experience in residential property. Previous exposure to the buy-to-let market would be beneficial.
