Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take a leading role within a busy practice, advising a broad client base on high-value and complex residential property matters while helping to drive the continued growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, title transfers and more complex property matters
• Managing significant client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, families, investors and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members while contributing to the overall development of the wider property team
• Supporting business development initiatives, strengthening referral relationships, and identifying opportunities to further grow the practice across Scotland

Applicants should have at least 7 years' PQE and strong experience in Scottish residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident managing complex transactions, maintaining key client relationships, and supervising matters with minimal oversight. Excellent commercial awareness, leadership skills and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
