Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and highly regarded property practice, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while benefiting from strong client relationships and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to settlement, including sales, purchases and remortgages
• Drafting, reviewing and concluding missives, examining title documentation and advising on a range of conveyancing issues
• Providing practical advice on residential property matters, including transfers of title, inherited properties and other bespoke transactions
• Building strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with AML requirements and Law Society of Scotland regulations

Applicants should have at least 1 year’s PQE and experience in Scottish residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident managing their own workload, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and be committed to delivering an excellent client experience. A proactive and collaborative approach is essential.
