Residential Paralegals – Glasgow/Edinburgh – Hybrid Working.
£40K - £45k Neg (DOE)  + Excellent Benefits Package.

We are delighted to partner with our client a top tier legal firm with offices throughout Scotland.

Due to continue business growth our client has immediate career openings for experienced Residential Paralegals to join their teams based in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Working as part of a highly efficient collaborative team the role entails dealing with all aspects of Residential  transactions from conception to fruition.

We are interested to hear from candidates who are
 

·      Currently working as a Residential Paralegal and capable of running their own caseload

·       Experience of noting interest and follow up with drafting and submitting written offers

·       Experience of having direct contact with clients, lenders, estate agencies and other third parties

·       Possess strong administrative skills, involvement at all stages of the transactions and the administration involved from opening files through to finalising lender’s requirements

·       Experience of submitting LBTT Returns and using the Registers of Scotland online system.
