The successful candidates will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, remortgages, sales, title transfers. You will advise clients on all legal aspects of their transactions, liaise with lenders, draft legal documentation, and ensure that transactions are completed accurately and on time. You will also contribute to the firm’s wider private client services, supporting areas such as wills and powers of attorney.
The junior candidate will have a minimum of six months’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy and client care. Familiarity with case management systems and confidence using legal software will be advantageous.
The senior candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience and will play a key leadership role within the branch. They will oversee conveyancing paralegals, manage the property department’s daily operations, and mentor junior staff and trainees.
