Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Provide practical, clear legal advice and support junior team members as needed
• Play a key role in business development and strengthening the firm’s market presence

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge and a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset and the ambition to progress quickly within the firm
