Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title.
Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement and completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
Assisting with more complex property matters, including rural and agricultural transactions, as experience and interest develop.
Applicants should be newly qualified solicitors or up to 1 year PQE level with a genuine interest in property work. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. A client-focused and collaborative approach is essential.
