Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Job Description

Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload across the full range of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients and takes pride in delivering a high level of service, keeping them informed and reassured throughout what can often be a stressful process.

You'll also have good commercial awareness, be comfortable working towards fee earning targets and recognise opportunities to develop relationships further, including introducing clients to other areas of the practice such as Private Client.

Initially, you'll be office based, giving you the opportunity to get to know the team, the clients and how the firm operates. Once you're settled and established in the role, there will be the opportunity to discuss some hybrid working, giving you greater flexibility while remaining very much part of the team.
