You’ll handle residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, with plenty of direct client contact and responsibility for managing your own matters. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to more specialist development work, with the team advising housebuilders on everything from site acquisitions and site assembly through to the plot sales of completed developments.
It’s a busy, fast-paced team, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities whilst maintaining a high standard of client service. In return, you’ll have access to an interesting mix of work and the opportunity to continue broadening your property experience.
Importantly, the firm is open-minded on level and is happy to consider ambitious solicitors across all PQE levels. For someone earlier in their career, there is excellent scope to develop; equally, a more experienced solicitor would have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and become an important part of the continued growth of the team.
