Job Description

This is a role where you'll have real autonomy whilst also benefiting from the support of an experienced and approachable team.

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys building long-standing relationships with clients and understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. Providing a first-class client experience is at the heart of everything this firm does, so you'll take pride in offering clear, practical advice and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Working closely with estate agents, lenders and other professionals, you'll ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, whilst helping to maintain the excellent reputation the firm has built within the local community.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You'll have a solid understanding of Scottish residential property law, be highly organised and commercially aware, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where client service always comes first.

Just as importantly, you'll be looking for more than simply another conveyancing role. You'll want to join a firm where you'll be recognised for your contribution, encouraged to continue developing your skills and offered genuine opportunities to progress your career as the department continues to grow.
