This well-established Scottish firm is currently recruiting Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding East Lothian team.

Job Description

The firm has a strong reputation in the local market, with particular focus on estate agency, residential and commercial conveyancing, private client, and family law work.

As part of the residential property team, you will handle a range of matters including plot sales for housebuilder clients and purchase/sale transactions for private clients. You will manage client relationships throughout the conveyancing process and contribute to maintaining the firm's high standard of service.

This opportunity would suit qualified solicitors with residential conveyancing experience who are confident managing transactions independently and are motivated to join a growing and collaborative team.  Ideally applicants will have at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.

While this is a full-time, permanent role, the firm supports hybrid working with a maximum of two days per week in the office for full-time staff. Part-time and flexible working arrangements will also be considered, and a competitive salary with scope for career development is offered.

If this role is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Teddie for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16096)
