Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Edinburgh
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (office-based; hybrid may be considered)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? A highly respected Edinburgh-based legal practice is seeking a talented individual to join its busy and collaborative Residential Conveyancing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role who is confident managing their own caseload, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently delivers outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and purchases of residential property
• Draft, negotiate and implement missives
• Handle title checks, settlement procedures and client reporting
• Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory requirements

About You:

• Solid experience handling residential property transactions
• Pragmatic, proactive and commercially minded
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident managing your own transactions and workload
• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
• Client-focused with an ability to tailor advice thoughtfully
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Strong IT skills
