I mentioned you'll have a full caseload but it's manageable typically around 5 settlements per week. The team also have excellent secretarial support, and all onboarding is separately managed leaving you to do what you do best.
The role is mostly office based but after an initial settling in period you will be able to have some hybrid working and hours are 9-5 Mon-Thurs with an earlier finish on a Friday.
The new management team are looking at ways to further enhance the offering they have and in addition to a competitive salary of £40K, are looking at other additional benefits and consulting with the team as to what they would like.
