It's a great firm who look after their teams very well and offer competitive salaries and generous benefits. This role shall mostly be office based but you may be able to work from home some of the time after a successful probationary period.
You will work closely with the Partner and assist them with more complex conveyancing matters from time to time but will have autonomy over your own caseload.
It's likely you shall have a minimum of 2 years' experience of successfully managing the full range of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion and you will have exceptional client facing skills.
Your compliance and AML skills shall be on point, you're a stickler for detail and you work well under pressure and can manage deadlines effectively.
Although based in the Perth office you'll still be very much part of the wider property team across Scotland. You'll enjoy fantastic training and have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills and specialism.
