We are working with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Edinburgh that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Director to join its growing team. The Opportunity

You will take a leading role in a well-established and thriving residential conveyancing practice, managing a high-quality caseload and playing a key part in the strategic growth of the department. The firm has built an excellent reputation for client service and is looking for someone who shares that commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a full spectrum of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title
• Acting as a trusted advisor to a loyal and growing client base
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and strengthening existing client relationships
• Playing an active role in shaping the future direction of the team

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Strong leadership skills or a desire to step into a leadership role
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
