Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including missives, title examination and registration
Advising clients on property sales, purchases and transfers
Maintaining and developing strong client relationships within the local community
Supporting the ongoing running and future development of the practice
Applicants should have 3+ years’ PQE and a solid background in residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload independently and delivering a high standard of client service. Experience in private client work would be advantageous but is not essential.
This role would suit a motivated solicitor seeking autonomy, flexibility and a long-term opportunity, with the prospect of gradually taking on the ownership of a small but well established firm. The current owner is open to providing support during the transition, making this an ideal opportunity for someone interested in stepping into a practice ownership role over time.
